Development Manager - "BDC
Manager." A BDC Manager is a position that has been added in the last
several years. Some dealerships were using a Business Development Center as
long as ten years ago, however the practice has become more widespread in the
last two or three years. A Business Development Center Manager can earn from
$4,000 to $10,000 per month. Their pay plan is based on the amount of business
they do. Depending on who you ask, the qualifications for a BDC
Manager will vary. It is my opinion that they should have
management experience and should have worked as a Business Manager for at
least a year. |
