The Assumption Close
You can make and Assumption Close by moving a prospect’s personal items from their trade-in to new car. An easy way to this is by stating: “Come with me, Mr. Customer. We will take the personal items out of your (model/year of trade) and put them in your new (year/model).”
If the prospect doesn’t stop you, he/she is committing to take delivery. NOTE: Use this only with management’s approval and only after management has approved the figures/proposal to consumer.
