What you can do . . .

I have been asked several times recently how to get around the things that you can't do for your consumer. I always tell them the same thing:

The word can’t is an igniter and the consumer is a powder keg!

Never tell a consumer what you can’t do, always tell a consumer what you can do.
When you tell a consumer what you can do, you have told them what you can’t do.

Can’t is proven to be one of the most negative words in the selling profession. Always look for the positve route.
