Great words of wisdom

Someone emailed me this question last night: "Where does the selling process start?"
Never forget that the Selling-Buying process first takes place in the mind of the customer. Take physical control of the situation by saying "follow me", and take emotional control by dominating the situation. Turn around and start walking towards the showroom, presumably, they will have the courtesy and interest to follow. However, if they do not follow, begin the qualifying process on the lot.
