Whether you have just been promoted or are trying to move up into management, your first challenge is to understand the role you are playing. 1. Business Development Manager - "BDC Manager" A BDC Manager is a position that has been added over the last several years. Some dealerships were using a Business Development Center as long as ten years ago, however the practice has become more wide spread in the last two or three years. A Business Development Center Manager can earn from $4,000 to $10,000 per month. Their pay plan is based on the amount of business they do. Depending on who you ask, the qualifications for a BDC Manager will vary.
